Program Terms

Wholesale Customer Profile

This program is for Brick & Mortar Retailers or other non-Internet businesses with verifiable business information, such as business website, physical retail store location, business email and Sales Tax ID.

Minimum Order & Registration

Our Minimum Requirements for Stock Product Purchases are:

Opening Order $250

Annual Minimum $500

Re-Order $150

Registration:

You are required to be registered on our Site in order to view wholesale pricing. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of
your account and password.

You agree to provide current,
complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via our website. You further agree to promptly update account and payment
information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. All payments shall be in U.S. dollars. 

You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable shipping fees, and you authorize us to
charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing,
even if we have already requested or received payment

Payment & Ordering

We accept all major Credit Cards as well as Paypal  at time of purchase. N30 Payment Terms are offered to established customers only and subject to approval of a credit
application.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate Purchase and Account information for all purchases made via our website. You further agree to promptly update account and payment
information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. All payments shall be in U.S. dollars. 

You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable shipping fees, and
you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order. We reserve the right to correct any errors or
mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through our website. We may, in our sole
discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or
per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgement, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

Shipping & Receiving

All products ship from our Florida warehouse at buyer's risk and expense. A variety of ship methods are offered at checkout with Live rates for various domestic and international destinations.

Upon delivery of products by carrier, title and risk of loss or damage shall pass to the buyer.

All orders should be checked carefully for errors or damage and claims must be filed with us by email within 20 Days of Receipt.

Cancellations & Returns

Custom Product Orders cannot be cancelled after a proof has been accepted.

Sorry, we do not accept Merchandise Returns except for pre-authorized claims due to damage or deficiency. If merchandise is returned without pre-authorization it may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee.

CLAIMS: We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. All orders should be checked carefully for errors or damage and claims must be
filed with us by email within 20 Days of Receipt. If a return is authorized due to error, damage or deficiency,
we will gladly accept your return of non-personalized, unused, unopened, unticketed
or defective merchandise for a full refund of the original purchase price
within 20 days of the date on your printed receipt.

Please note: Due to the custom nature of our personalized
and/or monogrammed products we do not accept returns on these items. If you are unhappy with your custom purchase,
please contact our customer service team for a resolution.

Used or opened merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Returns will not be accepted unless pre-authorized
and received within after 30 days. Please allow 7 days for the processing of your return. Credits will be given to your original form of payment.

Prices & Products

All prices shown on our website (after log-in) are wholesale pricing, subject to a 100% mark -up for MSRP. All retailers are required to sell at these established MSRP prices , except on Custom Products.

Prices are subject to change without notice, payable in US Dollars only.

All freight, insurance, taxes and duties(if applicable) are paid by the buyer.

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products available on our website. However, we do not guarantee that the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of other errors, and your electronic display may not accurately reflect the actual colors and details of the
products. All products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock. We reserve the right to discontinue any
products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change.

No Sales to End-User

Our products are intended for resale to the end-user only. We do not sell products on a wholesale basis that are to be used in the manufacture or decoration of other products.

Store Internet Policy- Intellectual Property

A retailer with a store website wishing to list our products on their store website must obtain our approval first, advising the website domain as well as the specific products to be sold. Such approvals are given on a case-by-case basis and are at our total discretion and can be removed at any time. Once approved, you can request the use of our images for the specific products you have purchased from us only.

All of the designs, content within, and any materials made available to you, are the sole property of Freund Mayer & Co. Inc. and are protected by copyright , trade mark and intellectual property law and may not be reproduced in any form without the express written consent of Freund Mayer & Co.

No rights to our products, designs, photographs, branding or otherwise will transfer to the wholesale relationship. By becoming a Freund-Mayer retailer you hereby agree not to reprint, post, or copy (including electronic or digital scans) any photography, sales materials, or product designs without the expressed written of Freund Mayer & Co. Inc.

In no event may our products be sold on online marketplace platforms including Amazon, E-Bay or Etsy.

Back-Orders

Items not in stock for immediate shipment may be back-ordered at our discretion, if the value is over $50.

Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with us, you expressly agree to all of our Terms and Conditions as stated on our website or in our catalog, including our General Terms and Conditions.
